These are NOT easy to install.  
Most parts can be done with just a standard soldering iron.  
This is one of the very few parts that I suggest only be accomplished with hot air.  
However, installation with an iron is possible.  
The part is flush mounted preventing the cutting of the legs.  
This makes removal a very dangerious task with a standard iron.  
Once the old one is removed,
installing the new FET with standard tools is possible by the experienced solderer.
